As the VP, Digital Experiences and Operations, Jeff is responsible for delivering the overall guest experience for Ulta Beauty’s digital touchpoints. He drives and oversees the execution of new features and functionality, while maintaining a focus on the guest experience and how they interact across all of Ulta Beauty. His team is also responsible for the operations that power these experiences, working cross functionally on the end to end guest experience. Prior to joining Ulta Beauty, Jeff started his career in IT at Sears Holdings Corporation, where he left as General Manager for the online appliance division. Through Jeff’s extensive years in e-Commerce at Sears, he acquired a deep understanding for both the technical and business aspects of the direct-to-consumer channel focused on delivering a quality experience for the guest.
