CHICAGO, IL (May 30, 2019) – IRCE @ RetailX is excited to announce SAP will have a prominent booth to showcase its customer experience solutions in the exhibit hall and NEW featured area, Innovation Valley. Innovation Valley will present a collection of companies showcasing innovative solutions to help retailers navigate the challenges of the rapidly transforming retail industry. The 400,000 square foot Exhibit Hall will showcase over 1,200 exhibiting companies, including nearly 600 e-commerce vendors offering the latest technologies and retail solutions for businesses both big and small.

At RetailX, SAP will showcase “Best Run Beauty” within Innovation Valley, which exemplifies how a retailer is able to reinvent its analytics capabilities and respond to customer feedback in real-time using machine learning to analyze sentiment on social media and the Internet of Things (IoT). Best Run Beauty is designed to show retailers how they can use SAP Commerce Cloud to gather real-time insights about their customers and how they may be able to use augmented reality to enhance the in-store customer experience.
