The baggage/coat check schedule and location will be available spring 2020.

IRCE does not accept checks or wire payments from domestic attendees and will not issue invoices for vendor-style payments. If you are based outside the U.S. and have restrictions on the method of payment, please contact customerservice@irce.com.

Absolutely. Badges may be transferred to another individual, provided they are a colleague within your organization. 

Press registration will be available in spring 2020. Your pass will be pending until we can confirm your credentials. Please be prepared to supply supporting articles for final approval.

A cancellation policy will be available soon.

Badges may be picked up on-site and only by the individual name on the badge. You must provide state or federal-issued identification when picking up your badge at the registration desk. There will be fee to have your badge reprinted.

Badges will not be mailed. They must be picked up on-site and proof of identification is required for all attendees.

IRCE at RetailX will be held in Chicago at McCormick Place on June 9-11, 2020.

On-site registration must be paid via credit card. Checks, wires, and cash will not be accepted.

IRCE does not have a formal dress code policy. Business casual is the most common dress for the event.

If parking, Lot A is the preferable parking lot for IRCE.

Please note: DO NOT use this address for shipping. Shipping information for exhibitors will be available in the Exhibitor Services Manual closer to the event.

Hotels begin selling out early and are booked on a first come, first serve basis. We do not keep a waitlist. The Hyatt McCormick is extremely popular and sells out quickly. If your selected nights are not available, please choose another hotel. A direct booking link will be available later this year and we encourage you to book your hotel at that time.

Complimentary scheduled shuttle transportation is provided by IRCE between McCormick Place and other official hotels. Shuttle routes and more information can be found here.

Exhibit hall only passes are valid for the duration of the event when the exhibit hall is open. A copy of the event schedule will be available later this year.

There are many ways to customize your IRCE visit to your organization’s goals and needs. We charge admission on a tiered pricing model, based on the date of purchase. Pricing and pass options will be available on our Pricing & Registration page later this year.

Retailer: Sells tangible goods directly to a consumer via online sales or brick and mortar. No aggregators or comparison sites.

Non-Retailer: Offers services and solutions similar to what is offered in our exhibit hall.
